Before your consultation I will ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and a diet diary to give me your health background and to help us focus more in the consultation.

Your initial consultation will last around 1- 1.5 hours, where I’ll take your case history. This will involve looking at your diet, your medical history, your family history and all the systems of the body, with specific focus on the areas you’d like to work on. We will discuss your health goals and after the consultation I will work on your plan which I will send you in 3-4 working days. This plan will be for 6-8 weeks, depending on the case, and then we will have another consultation to see how you are getting on.

Following consultations will last around 30- 45 minutes. Here we look at your progress and if you have any further issues you'd like to work on.
